Paul Riedmüller

Based in Vienna, Paul Riedmüller(b.1989, AUSTRIA) has exhibited in Los Angeles, Munich, Berlin, Sofia, Athens, etc., and has also worked on mural projects. The artist was trained and majored in graphic design, studied painting and animation film, and shows a hybrid environment between reality and virtuality, where everyday life and artificial objects are arranged in one scene. By adding his playful humor and experimentation to images, he collages them with digital tools. He paints with airbrushes and brushes on a surface, going against the classical painting method and exploring the infinite possibilities of painting. This process reflects the artist's attitude toward pursuing a progressive relationship between art, technology, and human creativity
